Based in beautiful Kent, our experienced advisors has a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry and has helped an array of customers to find the best mortgage for them, whether it is for first-time buyers, movers, product switchers or those looking to remortgage their homes. We have access to a panel of over 70 UK lenders meaning we can find the right mortgage for you.
Our Team
Lawrence Jennings
Mortgage advisor
Lawrence started his career working for various car dealerships training their sales teams. For the last 20 years, he has been a full-time mortgage advisor and joined Capital Assure in 2018. Lawrence brought a huge amount of industry experience with him and is responsible for training and mentoring new staff.
Olivia Jacobs
Mortgage advisor
Olivia left university back in 2020 with a 2:1 degree in psychology.
Her intention was to pursue a career in her chosen field, but after working as an administrator for us, she soon decided that she wanted to complete her CeMAP training and become a full-time mortgage advisor.
Oluwayeni Yusuph
Mortgage advisor
Better known to his friends and colleagues as ‘Yeni’.
Like Olivia, Yeni left university with a degree but after spending 6 months working as a protection advisor, decided that he wanted to follow a different path.
Yeni has been a full-time mortgage advisor since 2019.
Felicity Cleary
Admin and HR
Felicity is our administrator and takes care of our HR.
Felicity has worked with Lawrence for over 10 years in various roles, all of which have been to facilitate advisors and staff.
Felicity also runs the protection department.
